IS APPLE ,IS the todays winner in the market - live with apple music

A very long time ago, Apple entered the digital-music space with iTunes and the iPod, which revolutionised a user’s music experience to a large extent. Now, Apple wants to enhance the music craze to another level with the introduction of Apple Music, a new music streaming service for the masses. This Spotify-Pandora rival has arrived quite late in a market where most of the streaming services already have a strong grip. Even so, Apple’s still has some tricks up its sleeves
We list down a few points as to why Apple Music is worth a shot and also, how is it different/ better than its competitors.
1. Try it out before you purchase it
Access to the new service for the first 90 days is free! This itself is one the biggest reasons for an Apple user to try it out for a good amount of time and then decide, whether they would like to purchase it. After the free usage period, users will have to pay $9.99 per month for on-demand subscription access to over 30 million songs, or $14.99 monthly for a family membership that covers about six people. In India, Apple Music starts at Rs 120 for individuals and Rs 180 for the family pack.
2. Offline playback included
Apple Music will allow users to download any available songs, albums, or playlists for your device. There’s no limit as to what users can keep offline and for how long. Users will need to tap the “…” symbol to try out this feature.
3. Music Connect
Apple is allowing fans to directly connect with artists along with the ability to share photos, videos with Music Connect. This is similar to Twitter wherein users can communicate with artists as well but with Connect, Apple Music subscribers can play and save Connect content, or like posts. Unlike it’s previous failed attempt to enter the social network with Ping, Connect does not allow a user to create a profile of their own. However, they can connect on posts and also adds in the ability to share content on other social networks.
4. Siri integrated in Apple Music
Apple Music has Siri integrated in its streaming service via which you can call out any song you would like to listen to or any song by a particular artist. For example, “Play bollywood songs” or “Play some Drake”. Apple Music will also allow you to discover new music and can also stream a genre playlist or a radio station similar to an artist of your choice. No other service voice integration so this feature, definitely stands out for Apple Music.

Earlier this month, IDC said second portable device Xiaomi is shipped worldwide over the world. In an interview to Indian Express, Steve Morley, vice president and general manager - Asia Pacific Fitbit confirmed that Amazon will store Fitbit full from 1 July Fitbit specializes in wearable catering to a wide range of consumers - amateur professional athletes.

Late last month, Fitbit was accused by his rival of trying to steal confidential data core businesses of the jawbone Jawbone.

The lawsuit, filed in San Francisco Superior Court, alleges Fitbit engaged in a clandestine effort to steal talent, trade secrets and intellectual property. A number of recently deceased employees use USB flash drives and other tactics to take information about the supply chain of the jaw, gross margins, product line and market forecasts, the lawsuit said
.

Fitbit, which makes two bracelets and clippable devices that monitor a user's physical activity, filed for an initial public offering earlier this month. The company revenues nearly tripled to $ 745.4 million in 2014 and a gain of $ 131.8 million was recorded.

Mercedes-Benz is the latest car company to laugh at Apple’s auto ambitions

Mercedes-Benz is the latest car company to laugh at Apple’s auto ambitions

Mercedes Benz CEO Apple Car
Despite a bevy of rumors suggesting that Apple has plans to enter the car business, established automakers aren’t exactly breaking a sweat. Indeed, given the vast complexities involved in developing a full fledged car and seeing it all the way through the manufacturing and production process, one has to imagine that some of the more established brands in the car industry find the onslaught of Apple car rumors downright hilarious.
Case in point, 9to5Mac directs us to an interview Mercedes-Benz chief Dieter Zetsche recently conducted with Motoring.com. Suffice it to say, Zetsche isn’t losing any sleep over the rumored Apple Car.

building smartphones then they (Apple) would not be sleepless at night. And the same applies to me.
Zetsche also brings up an astute point about the car industry that many in the tech world have curiously overlooked. The profit margins Apple enjoys are non-existent in the auto industry. And when one further considers the immense cost involved in actually manufacturing a car en masse, Zetsche’s skepticism isn’t misplaced.
But cars cost a lot to develop. Apple runs at about a 25 per cent return on investment (ROI), while an exceptional ROI for a car company would be 10 per cent.
Considering that income imbalance, Zetsche was clearly bemused by the concept of Apple becoming a car manufacturer.
“I don’t find any rationale (for Apple to build a car),” he said. “Why (Apple) with this kind of margin would now go into this business? I think investors will hate it because they don’t like conglomerates, they want focused management on what they understand.
Zetsche, of course, isn’t the only auto industry veteran who feels Apple doesn’t know what it’s getting itself into. Just last week, former GM CEO Dan Akerson said thatApple is vastly underestimating the challenges involved in developing a car.
“If I were an Apple shareholder, I wouldn’t be very happy,” Akerson explained. “I would be highly suspect of the long-term prospect of getting into a low-margin, heavy-manufacturing.”
At the same time, no one has exactly made any money betting against Apple in recent years. For instance, you might recall the negativity and pessimism surrounding Apple’s foray into the smartphone industry a few years ago. Specifically, Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer literally laughed at the notion that the original iPhone might take off ; a strange reaction given that Ballmer, at that point, had already seen what features the iPhone brought to the table.
Still, with just 200 people reportedly working on the Apple Car at the moment, laughing at Apple’s car plans makes a lot more sense.
